Lisboa!

We have packed our bags again. New year -new destination. Or, end destination is as so many time before: Los abuelos en nigran. This time it goes through Portugal.

So here we are. Lisbon. Narrow streets, up and down, twist and turn. Old and new. Very European.

Things has changed since last year. First we have a smaller car. No campervan this time. More importantly though, the family has expanded. Little Ragna 5 weeks old, is not going to remember much of this, but we certainly will!!

What to do when Travelling with two under two? Move slow and do little!

We visited the aquarium, with a selection of sharks, turtles rays and god knows what all the fish are called. It was the most beautiful aquarium I ever saw, equipped both with glass tunnels and glass bridges so the underwater world was experienced from all angles. Strongly recommended for people who love the ocean world!

Except of that we spend most time in playgrounds and parks. And buses. Alvaro threw a tantrum on the bus, and cried loudly for over 20 minutes. Charming. Luckily the next day we had the same bus driver, and we could show him that our boy also can be well behaved!

Up in Estrelas we have found a piece of children paradise. Large playgrounds, large park areas, ducks with tiny yellow ducklings swimming around, small cafés serving ice-cream every ten meters.
Museums, fine arts and slow gourmet dinners will have to wait another few years it seems. Ice cream is really not that bad either!
